I was born in Denver, CO but spent most of my childhood in Havelock, NC. I currently live in Youngsville with my wonderful husband and two children. I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family at the beach. I have recently completed my yoga teaching certification and look forward to teaching my first class in 2023.

I graduated from UNC School of Dentistry in 2012. I began my dental career in a level 1 trauma center, Vidant Medical Center in located in Greenville, NC immediately following Graduation.
At Vidant Medical Center, I gained experience in 3D imaging, anesthesiology, otolaryngology, family medicine, physical diagnosis, emergency medicine and other dental specialties. In 2013, I attended the Zimmer Biomet Institute where I completed my dental implant training program.
I then started private practice in a large dental office located in Warrenton, NC for almost 10 years. Prior to attending dental school, I attended the East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) for my undergraduate degree and obtained a Master’s Degree in biology. I am an active member of the ADA and North Carolina Dental Society.
My community and international service programs and projects include North Carolina Mission of Mercy, The Mexico Project (provides dental supplies and services to area orphanages), Give Kids a Smile and The ECU Dental Bus.

Dr. Gregg M. Festa opened his family dentistry practice in 2000. Dr. Laura Kearney purchased the practice in 2021. Our Raleigh family dental care office is located on Falls of Neuse Road, close to Interstate 540. We provide comprehensive family dental care for patients of any age, ranging from young children to seniors.
